Ben Tobitt
Founder of Bens Farmhouse and Owner and Co-Founder of Mara Hospitality
Chef Ben Tobitt a former award-winning chef within the prestigious Jumeirah Restaurant Group with more than 20 years experience in the UAE and the UK. Ben’s Farmhouse is a testament to the collaborative efforts of Chef Ben and his wife Meerim. Chef Ben is looking forward to bringing this exceptionally high standard to Benny Mack’s.
Zukey Choudhry
GM of Benny Mack’s
Zukey Choudhry brings 20 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry with prior experience heading up operations at Publique. He was recently at the helm of Adrift Burger – the Expo 2020 based pop-up that won numerous accolades including being Highly Commended in Time Out Dubai’s Expo Eat Awards.
